I think it’s a great idea. We thought of doing something like this in London a while back as part of a church-planting initiative. We wondered if you could just get people together ‘spontaneously’ around some sort of ‘sign’ of the reality of God’s kingdom - so the point was not so much missional as instructive or even prophetic. Unfortunately we didn’t get very far with it, but it seemed a good idea in principle. I hope you’ll get some response, but I’d also like to here if others have tried something similar.
